• Custom Woodwork & Finishes – All Ipe wood was custom-stained to match the existing Hemlock Beams as well as tie into the Teak spiral stairwell, ensuring a cohesive  aesthetic that stays true to the home’s original feel and owner’s love of natural materials.
• Balcony Restoration & Safety Compliance – We meticulously rebuilt the balcony and engineered a stainless steel cable rail system within the teak stair flight to meet Certificate and VR1 Certificate code requirements for short-term rentals.
• Hardwood Flooring and modern efficiency  – We installed new hardwood flooring throughout the home, encapsulated and spray foamed the crawlspace and the attic for energy efficiency and humidity control, and installed heat pumps to maximize the efficiency and comfort.
